Willow seed

While we have been away the willows by the stream have started shedding their fluffy seed now everything around the garden and our shingle drive is covered and will be for a few days.
We packed up this morning had a last chat with our friends and left around 10 30. Had a decent ride home but a road was closed and we had to take a diversion because of road works so it took us till nearly one to get home.
We unloaded the car and caravan this afternoon but not much more. 
After a busy few days we are both pretty tired so I think an early night 
Cloudy all day and with that north east wind very cool
