This is a tiny portion of a large stained glass window at dad's nursing home that tells the story of the environment around where he now lives.

Originally orchards and market gardens, and the 'old house' with its high ceilings, pressed tin roof and tiled fireplace was probably the orchardist's homestead.
Next door the Gosnells Markets still sell local produce and, interestingly, seafood and fresh made chowder, and the railway line bells still tinkle in the background.

A new place for dad and a new place to explore.
