Dad wasn’t too good yesterday. Apparently he had had a severe pain in his back since Wednesday. GP surgery sent him to pharmacy who advised max strength gel . It didn’t work. He had also been taking paracetamol. I went to pharmacy snd got co-codamol and ibuprofen. Cocodamol got rid of the pain yesterday. Phoned him this morning and he had had a good nights sleep and is still pain free.
Went over to Sherwood with AJ to look around their Open Studios and to get some lunch. Met some really nice people and i had messaged Su to try to get her to pop round to an artist who lives just around the corner from her. She didn’t but asked us round for tea and cake, which we did instead of going on to the plant nursery. Forgot about photos again so here are Billie and Otis snuggled up on my lap in the evening
