Imposing

We had to drive to Alexandra today ( a bit over an hour’s drive).  The weather was appalling when we left Wanaka but as we approached Clyde the sun put in a brief appearance.  I just love these rock faces that surround Lake Dunstan at this point - such dramatic scenery.  Anyway, that was the end of the sun.  Alexandra was cloudy and windy and we were buffeted with wind and rain all the way home.  An extra of a late rose soaked in yesterday’s rain.
