Not as planned!

Woke up with burning stomach. As Jessica was pulling down the driveway for all of us to go to the coast for a fishing trip, I was hanging over the commode very sick. I thought it would pass so I just told them to go on and enjoy the trip. Trey was looking forward to it and the air b&b was booked for 2 nights. J didn’t want to leave me, but I insisted.
Fast forward to tonight: I’ve kept nothing down all day, splitting headache, fever , etc. at Johnny’s urging I called a friend and they took me to ER. I’ve had fluids and meds. They said gastritis, maybe a virus but no pancreatitis or any thing like that. It was a good call to stay home. Johnny needed time with Jessica and Trey, anyway.
