George Square cafe culture

Spent the morning at the Ideal Home Exhibition which was far from ideal. It seems to be getting more repetitive and less enjoyable each year. Free tickets help but we may have to reconsider next year.

This afternoon I met my friends for lunch in The Ivy. The celebrations were my birthday (last week), and a retirement and semi retirement (last month). What a glorious day.
