Happy girls

Today we took our girls out swimming again as the weather here is beautiful, this time it was to a river and Luna really has taken to the water wonderfully.

Shame I had to go to work after. Today has been another bad day. 
Looks like I might have to go for an MRI to ee if there are changes in my MS. My nerve pain is through the roof anditsnot good. O'Neil get on top of things again even my emails are building up as I not dealing with anything. I only wish I had break.
