Kerry

We went for a spin in the new car, on the Macroom bypass, very exciting!
Lunch outside at the Kerry Way Inn.  Mowgli needed a walk so we veered off the main road up towards the Clydagh Valley.  Two surprises followed; first off this saxifrage, or St Patrick's Cabbage.  I have been looking for this for the bottom of the garden for some time, I see it on my way to work but in a place I can't stop.  The walls were covered in it on this little road.  I have stuck it into the ground here so we'll see what happens.  The next surprise was a deep pool in the Clydagh calling to me.  So we scrambled across a couple of fields and basked in the warm gently flowing river.
Three meals outside today.
