Up here on the High moor…

was so wonderful, a Cuckoo, Willow Warblers, Skylarks, Pipits and Sand Martins all calling and feeding young. On the Lochan Four spotted Chasers, Large red and common blue damselflies mated, laid and flitted. The Bogbean was in flower, together with Restharrow, Birdsfoot trefoil, Cuckoo flowers and Violets. The sun was hot all day after a cool start, 6°. What a day!
