Spontaneous flu jab!

Today in the centre (which was chaos, no Montessori routine, no activities, just free play and mess!) some healthcare people turned up at lunchtime. It turns out they were here to give all of the children a flu jab, which they rapidly got on with, jabbing them one by one in the thigh! The Madre's asked whether there would be any left seeing as a few children were ill and it had already been open, and so a second later I found myself being included with the Madres and having a Flu vaccine (don't worry I checked it was new throw away sterile needles!)! Useful when I am going back to a British summer in less than a month!!
