Buzzing Halong City

We completely failed on the idea of getting up early and going for a run. Instead we for up at 8.30. Had a nice breakfast. They served my fruit salad with crushed up ice on top which was bizarre. We then walked to find the prison museum. It was a rather long trek around the city to find it. We kept asking the local people but they were all sending us in the wrong directions! We went back to one of the restaurants that we walked past on the way. It was overlooking the lake. I had sweet and sour prawns which were good. Managed to find the prison in the end and learned a bit of history. Was actually quite interesting as I am not the biggest fan of museums.
Went for street food tonight. We all had fried noddles. I had mine with chicken and the others had beef. Also got some awesome spring rolls. The chicken looked very dodgey. We met 4 guys that sat down next to us. We met Tilly and Squeeze from the Grange. We went to Hanoi backpackers to do the pub crawl. I suddenly felt so sick and was sick in the toilets. It was food poisoning from the chicken. I went back to our hostel and the other two went out as they had met masses of school friends. I put the fan on and moved it but got my finger caught in it as there was a hole in the covering. Was worried when I was holding my finger against me that it was off. Was a pretty dirty cut so put masses of germaline on it with a plaster.
