A Day in The Life

This is a glorious specimen for anyone looking for a really fine
tree with lots of personality.
It's a Tri-Color Beech and it lives up to it's name; Moving through
a range of pink, rose & burgundy wine, it finally settles on a heart-stopping
marriage of all three.

This was planted in my front garden during a Garden Make-Over
Show about 7 years ago and,as a sapling, it was a pathetic excuse for a tree. Skinny and undernourshed it promised nothing until a few years
ago when it burst forth in all it's glory.
