Park Run in the morning. First time back after a few weeks off but surprisingly managed a semi-respectible time. Lovely weather for it and the first time this year that I've really felt the heat.

Afternoon and evening spent at a 'rave' with D and A and their two friends. An interesting experience replete with immersive characters. Had a surprisingly fun time but also not something I'd want to do every week. But it's good to try new things from time to time.
