Met some friends for coffee at this little coffee shop. It was just warm enough to enjoy the patio. She had just been to a lengthy appointment with some hard discussions on the progression of her ALS. We need to appreciate our health while we have it. Her journey will not be an easy one. But she is remaining strong.
