View from the 7th floor

a nice deal has been made with a hotel in the area for accommodation during the tournament. we just got back in after two long games today. our view of the city is limited, despite the fact that we stay on the 7th floor.

the 7th floor surprised us a bit: not the most obvious floor for a disabled room. usually these are located as low as possible in case of evacuation. the room is sufficient for us, but there are caveats. for example, you may wonder whether placing a handle next to the toilet alone is sufficient for the predicate adapted room. and we won't think too much about the lack of an evacuation chair on the 7th floor... the tournament is great and we are enjoying it a lot! just one more day to go.
