Lone Swimmer

Sunday and the living is easy (and I've finally caught up on my blips) (comments and visits to follow)

I just love sitting outside in the morning sun, sipping that first cup of tea. Heaven.

My friends daughter helped me to get some shopping at the supermarket, I was very grateful, she's 13 and has recently been identified as Autistic, so to come on her own with me in the car and do this is pretty brave of her, overcoming her anxiety, doing new things and so on, but she knows me well and I understand to a degree some of her difficulties, but, she was amazing, stepping out of her comfort zone to help me. Just brilliant.

In the afternoon, I spotted this lone swimmer having a cool dip in the heat of the sun.
