The Lolly Bug

Helen and the twins went home this morning and Mr isbi and I joined a few other Rotarians for a social lunch at the Hampden Halfway House. Right out in the middle of nowhere it does very nice, casual meals.

On the way home I paused to photograph The Lolly Bug. This iconic vintage lolly (and coffee) shop was struck by lightning and burnt down in January 2022.
It was re-built in quick time (no doubt helped by having a couple of builders in the local family that own it) and is now up and running again.
I have never actually patronised it, but judging by the cars lined up outside today it is very popular. I'd better try it.
