Bling

For a wee change. 

An extraordinary table centrepiece inherited by my Mexican brother-in-law from his parents' estate. The provenance story seems to involve an Austrian diplomat but the details are lost.

Topped with a group of deer, the dish rim ringed with oak leaves and acorns, and a fox and hare partnering the owl.
