Lupins

Started the day with a bit of unexpected drizzle - which gave a good opportunity to head out on snail and slug patrol. The snails love my lupins so I was pleased to haul a few off from their feed.
Shopping and then gardening. And finally out for a short, slow run. I’m trying to get back in to it after weeks of injury but it’s hard going!
