King Harald Street Blossom
A misty and showery morning, cleared into a beautiful sunny afternoon. A few showers this evening. Windy most of the day.
Up early, and a morning doing house chores. Nipped into town at lunchtime, met mam and Laura for lunch. Met friend Julie for walkies this afternoon. Mam, dad, big Brian and Madeline came over for tea, which was haddocks dad caught yesterday. Working in the shop again this evening, and a steady night. Might try a pint later. No updates on the suspected bomb incident.
After lunch the sun came out, and a stunning day. One thing that was notable in the sunshine was the cherry blossom. I have no idea how this delicate flower survives here with our strong winds, but there is various ones around, and all equally as stunning. Part of the blossom, King Harald Street, Lerwick.
