147/365. Bugatti

After number two son and his fiancé had been for breakfast with us this morning we drove over to Blockley to pick up friends and then headed to Prescott near Cheltenham to see the hill climb event which was being held today.

Our friend's son-in-law was one of the entrants in his MG sportscar from the 1930s. He did reasonably well in his group category but as always he felt that he could have done a little bit better.

Prescott is where the Bugatti Owners Club is based and there were some seriously expensive cars on display. Several well over £300k we were told! They were entrants too of course and as far as we know they all finished in one piece.

Afterwards back at home we had fish and chips from the mobile chip shop which calls into the village once a month, very nice too, we shared a large portion.
