Busy day at work organising the induction for my new colleague. All went well though, I think.

Went climbing at the Arch in Bermondsey this evening - without Tim, unfortunately, as he's got a stinking cold. Got this shot on the way back out - one of the buildings at the old Biscuit Factory, reflected in a puddle.
