A busy day promised.  No 1 son is already on the train north to  spend the weekend with us.  Preparations for his visit this morning.

I have just heard that our grocery delivery scheduled for this morning has been cancelled.  No explanations and certainly the first time in almost 30 years of deliveries, so no bother.  Quick change of plans to accommodate this.
