Much Activity

So goodbye Tina Turner. Belter. And hello to little Theodore - I’m now a great-uncle! How does one of those behave? Doddery and eccentric? Generous and forgetful, I reckon, meaning I’ll certainly forget young Theo’s birthday. I wonder if my sister sends cards and pressies to her great-niece and nephew? I better find out. Maybe the SK will take care of it.
Then a first for the Minky. Cinema! Or cimema as she sweetly calls it. Zog followed by The Gruffalo’s child. What larks for all.
So to the beach, for a long play session. And another first. She was bold enough to run in and jump over the incoming waves. We’ll have her out in the inflatable before the summer’s out  (just joking Mum, heh heh). After her tea we delivered her back, and then I sat out in the back garden and listened to “Sacked in the Morning” before I gently drifted off to sleep. Very great-uncle.
