CALIBRACHOA
Weather was Ok today - not really warm but at least it was dry. So I thought it best to mow the back lawn before the rain returns. Half of the lawn is now inside the cat enclosure so had to keep the kitties indoors while I did that bit.
There was a patch at the bottom of the lawn which was rather bare - its where I have been putting bird food down and the bird activity had damaged the grass. So I decided to dig the grass up and make a little oval flower bed. I already had a few plants ready to put into bigger pots so I put some in the new flower bed instead. Not sure of their names as the labels got mixed up but when ( if ) they flower I should have more idea. My blip shows a flowering plant which I have put in a hanging basket. It Calibrachoa - part of the nightshade family. It has lots of little white and yellow flowers.
Still got a sore throat and now I'm full of cold. Didn't sleep well last night - not helped by having 2 cats on top of the bed. They have never both been on the bed overnight together. Usually its just Lily but Tino got there first last evening and Lily wasn't best pleased. Bit of a fight leading to Tino running off but coming back later. Another fight - Lily ran off. Lily came back and finally settled but as far away from Tino as possible. With me in between. Hopefully this evening will not be a repeat performance.
