Busy bay

My second visit to Tobermory in one week (a rare occurrence) and a third one planned for tomorrow (even rarer!) to pick up a special delivery from the Post Office. Today, it was to take our camper van for its MOT and, because of the ongoing roadworks between Dervaig and Tobermory, it meant the long way round there and back again.
Tobermory Bay was looking rather busy with at least two cruise ships, the other two may just have been large pleasure crafts, so I thought that I would go for a walk along the lighthouse path to avoid the crowds. Half the passengers on the Hurtigruten ship “Maud” had the same idea, although at a more modest pace so there were lots of friendly greetings along the way as we passed each other. There wasn’t much wind and the Sound of Mull looked very calm, ideal conditions to spot a few porpoise as they swam southwards.
