Day 5 Cáceres to Plasencia, 51 miles

It was a very beautiful route today through rugged scenery with some stunning views. We cycled along a reservoir where we saw a black winged silt bird. We had to lok it up as we had never seen one before. The weather was good until the last 5 miles when it started to rain.  Luckily we were in our apartment when the massive thunderstorm started. Our apartment is very spanish and our host likewise- we kind of understand each other.Plasencia is famous for having two cathedrals, right next to each other. It's a pretty little town which we're looking round in between downpours.
