In my cups

Early start to drop Joe off at Waverley for his weekend journey to Brighton where he’s catching up with his friends from last year’s Costa Rica trip. Then I drove down to Leith to be cupped then needled. Last weeks acupuncture session definitely helped to unfreeze the frozen shoulder so hopefully today’s will continue the good work.

Back home to counsel an ex-colleague before a trip to the garden centre and then the last few km of a brutal day at the Giro followed by a cold lager in the sunshine.

In honey bee news, they are still coming in but we have an efficient conveyor system for moving them back outside and hopefully they’ll calm down once the Queen is settled in the new location she’s chosen in the old chimney pot.
