Flower Friday

Allium or flowering onion. Had some free bulbs last year, might have been from the RHS. They did nothing last year flowering wise, but this year the selection is slowly coming into flower.

The garden is looking pretty at the moment, but the water butts are getting  low. Not just keeping younger plant watered but topping up the three bird baths, the sparrows are having a great time, having dust baths and then into the water, a pair of collared doves came to join them lunchtime.

Aerobic class this morning, with a new routine, which is always fun as we try to get used the new moves. Then into S'bury's for coffee and chat before shopping. 

A frustrating afternoon updating firmware on my camera equipment. No problem with the two bodies, but the first two lenses were not having it. So I have left it for now, as getting an error message.. I have a week to try and sort it before the trip to Lewis.
