2 ex colleagues came in today. Both casualties of the Covid redundancies. It was the first time Amber has been back, but having done it once, she’s said she’ll come again, as they only had time for a quick coffee. Deborah’s dad died a few weeks ago and the funeral was Monday, so they both came for a quick restorative walk. It was lovely to see them, and we chatted and laughed but it always makes me sad that the ‘LC family’ is no more. Amber insisted on a selfie, so I’ve put it in the extras, but you know, they both look happier and more relaxed than me!
