Beginning

There was a bunch of what we thought were crazy British idiots trying to launch a glorified duvet cover from the mountain. Its performance was crap, hardly clearing the escarpment below and needing team to launch it.
Whilst this particular central air scoop design was a dead end, we didn’t realise we were seeing the future. Paragliding was here.
