This is a donated recipe for a four seed loaf thing. An unusual recipe which produced this. I can see that it would be nice buttered with some home made soup or a bit of cheese.

I does look and taste a wee bit 'worthy' (like a stolid home made wholemeal loaf) but as there's no flour in it it's actually quite light - if remarkably crunchy.

I've got a fudge recipe to try tomorrow and a three layer salted caramel cake :)
