Large Red Damselfly (Pyrrhosoma nymphula)

40 min swim this am then a nice cycle/walk on path by old canal below Langford Budville to Welly (Rewe mead nature reserve).

Few more May and Damselflies in extra:  large red, azure damselfly, blue mayfly.
