The tunic

I managed to finish it so I could wear it to work today. I got many really nice comments about it, both about the fabric and the tunic it self. But since the fabric was a bit to thick for the pattern I used, I looked a bit pregnant... :D I tried to fix that by sewing down some of the ruching, but I still looked pregnant. So I asked the tailor at work and we came up with two alternatives: either pleat some of the ruching and sew them down or save it for a pregnancy. The last suggestion was all mine though. :) Since the later alternative is, well perhaps it's written in the stars somewhere, but I'm going for alternative one. And also making a new one in a much lighter fabric.
Early night for me, since I'm not feeling all that well yet and am going in to work little earlier tomorrow because of the trip to Stockholm and Skansen.
