Nesting

I'm not sure what caused me to look up at the back of the house this morning when I was getting my bike out - but I was glad I did.  I'd spotted this brown clump previously and just thought it was a bit of muck in an odd place, but nope it's an actual House Martin nest!  Saw the parents flying to and from it this morning.  Left P a note because I was all excited and he was still asleep.  I think he must have spent his breakfast waxthing them as apparently he was there long enough for them to start dive-bombing him, so I imagine that will be a breakfast routine now.  Not the easiest of birds to blip but you get the picture!
