After the Rain

What a difference a day makes! After yesterday’s downpour and more overnight rain, we woke up to unexpectedly blue skies. In fact it turned into a real scorcher. Probably our hottest day yet. So much so that after an early lunch, Mr P and I jumped on the bus to the beach. The sea was still a bit choppy but we had some decent swims. We walked back to the flat through the much refreshed Turia gardens.
