Danny & his chick

Susanna and I went to see the ES guys and take Sarah her post. We had such a lovely time with them. Plus added bonus of bumping onto Danny's lovely friend and tennis partner, John.
Home to walk and collect the kids and then drive to Sarah's. She'd invited us for lunch and to meet the new 8 ducklings that hatched on Monday...and to meet this chick who hatched 2 weeks ago and thinks Sarah is it's mommy! It took to Danny too. A lovely time admiring her wonderful garden.
Home to find Nick waiting outside our flat as he needed me to swap his nose stud for a different one. Once we'd done that and he'd had a cup of tea, James showed up!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Stormy weather...though no real rain yet.
2) Susanna getting on well with the ES guys.
3) Sarah's gorgeous generosity and hospitality.
