Yoga dog

And noisy dog. My watch recorded a noise alert at 103 dB!  Jo needed to see the GP this morning as she's had a bad back for a week. It was actually a kidney infection. She can't leave Beau because of separation anxiety and asked if we could look after him. Well he howled and howled for 45 minutes almost non-stop. I was in a meeting and even on full volume I could hardly hear. He was quiet at times but poor Mr T didn't know what to do with himself. As soon as Jo was back he led in the sun in the garden and didn't want to leave.

Going to join the life drawing and then mediation now. Back to catch up on journals later.
