Way up there

In Chiswick Park. 
A beautiful day. I sat with the needlework group at the refugee centre because the usual volunteers couldn’t come. We talked about sleeping problems, very common for our stressed clients, and about what we all do to relax.
I finished my current book, a biography of Rebecca West.
