Boat landings, Keswick

After a dreadful night - no sleep, simply couldn't breathe, an early appointment to see a doctor, tests and medication all by 10.30. How brilliant is the NHS in Cumbria.

A very chilled day, sitting in the back garden reading a book. After dinner Deb drove me down to the landing stages and we had a short walk, the evening light on the boats was lovely, I know this photo's been taken a million times, but I still love it.

Update: tests all clear - medication worked, slept like a log & feeling so much better today.
