Serene Scene……

Not a breath of wind and the sun is yet to hail the day. This is a stretch of the Taylor River downstream of the Burleigh Bridge. It is dark when Maisie and I left home for our walk. Maisie is recovering from her tummy upset. Her alimentary system is still a little sensitive. Mind you it’s very difficult to stop her from snacking on rabbit droppings and acorns. She will never learn that her stomach is not cast iron. The cats are starting to look magnificent with thick long winter coats. Its a good thing I don’t mind grooming them!
