The knees have it...

Eldest daughter Gemma has problem knees, sometimes her knee cartilage pops out and she has to push it back in resulting in a swollen knee for a couple of days! This happened as she got put of bed this morning, so she has been limping a bit today! As the weather improves she does a lot of walking and that does help strengthen them.

Gemma was born 13 weeks early only weighing 1lb 8oz and the knee problem appears to be connected to her early start in life! We are very lucky that she survived with no further complications!

Tomorrow she will be walking better and in less pain !
