Emergency blip

Well I’m caught up. Had to go to dentist for a cleaning and stopped by ALDI’s. One of my artist friends is traumatized. Thursday as I was flying back from Colorado, her husband had a very serious heart attack. Out of the blue without warning. It was “ the widow maker” which is rarely survived. He has only 30-35% of his heart function. He survived prostate cancer 2 years ago but other than that, he’s healthy as a horse. He’s a farmer. They are extremely close. I checked in to see if they needed anything. Their daughter is shopping later today but she asked for diet suggestions as his diet is very strict now. I sent several whole food suggestions and this photo. It seemed this is a great choice for cooking and has a higher smoke point than olive oil, which is great also. We just never know when our world will change, do we?
