Day 18 - Our First Cooking Class in Paris

Today my wife and I and a young guy from California attended a cooking class. The class was run by a woman in her home. We all participated in producing three French dessert cakes; Orange Cake, Madelines and, the one I photographed, Fondant au Chocolat. It was a great experience but now, after enjoying large samples of each, I feel as if I had a little too much!
To attend the class we needed to conquer the Paris Metro railway system, we managed to do this even if we were trying to scan our tickets when they needed to be fed into a slot.
Tomorrow, as part of our food experience, we are on a walking/tasting tour. Hopefully the weather will be better than today.
