Turbo

Turbo the cat seems to have adopted the centre where I work as his home. He’s a very tatty looking thing with one eye and patches of fur missing. Today he found a cosy place in one of the cupboards for a nap.
Alfie had awful news today- the university which he’s got a place at for September emailed to say they are cancelling his course. It’s the only music course he wanted to do and he’s been working for 2 years to save up. He was intending to find a place to live with his girlfriend and if he’s not going, that also leaves her high and dry. I can’t believe they left it so late to let him know. Apparently the uni are going to review the course and possibly relaunch in 2024. Alf now has to make the decision whether to hang on and try and get a place next year or try and find another course somewhere else.
What a muddle!
