Bin day. Excitement. Commercial waste in this case, but the bin lorry seems to push up adrenalin levels in suburbia.
There’s a fair amount of etiquettearianism on, and before, bin day.
Bin out too soon. An outrage.
Bin out late, chasing the lorry. Common.
Bin overflowing. Selfish, causes ill ease all round. (Oooft, they won’t take that).
Take the neighbour’s bin back too. Over familiar.
Don’t take the neighbour’s bin back. Cold as ice.
All good clean fun.
