Fly Tipping

Since the local council implemented a new rule that you must book a ‘slot’ to visit the recycling centre / tip the incidents of fly tipping on our country lane have gone up horribly. Yesterday the road was actually blocked by a mattress. Some one has driven along about two mikes of our road and apparently thrown a book out the window every few yards. Now the grass cutting machine has shredded them and the lanes are fluttering with pages of dictionaries, history books, etc.
I do not understand who can do these crimes..it is so mindless and ignorant and selfish…
