Sunset on the Beach

After a Town Hall meeting, straight after football. A decent game. It was supposed to be six a side but out sixth player was late so we started a man down. Surprisingly we took the lead and kept it until our tardy team mate arrived. Perhaps our early efforts on a warm evening took too much out of us as the other team claimed they had drawn level shortly before the end. Or did they? Earlier, while we were still ahead we had scored a goal which they refused to accept, claiming B had taken the ball out of play in the build up. B said he'd kept it in play. So, without VAR, we claimed a one goal win, while the other lot claimed a draw. Scored a couple myself and as last week we scored several goals from neat passing moves, which I played my part in.
