Move Over, Hamish…

H was being rather uncooperative - to put it mildly! He did not approve of my chosen route for our morning walk - again. After a few attempts dragging him, I did the only thing that works in this situation. I released his leash and started walking back home. Eventually he followed me nonchalantly, as if it were his idea.

When we got home, I put him inside and took a solitary walk. I wonder how many times we’ll repeat this ritual. Westies do have a reputation for stubbornness!
