Weekend Project

I took my camera with us to Flint today, but didn't see anything to take a picture of. So, a painting it is.

There are 15 animals in the picture, and you can take a guess on how many books are in the picture. (Answer at the end.) The words are a quote from The Book of Lost Names by Kristin Harmel. It was a book that I really enjoyed.

I don't know what was happening last night, but I tried and failed twice to post my blip. I guess I'll have to try to put it on as a back blip.

The answer to the contest? There are 154 books in the picture. I could have put in a few more, but decided that enough was enough.

P.S. The piece measures 16 x 20, and I just love the colors.
